The Assessor is viewing new improvements for 2012 from building permits that were received in 2011 from the Community Development office.

 

If you would like your assessment reviewed by the Assessor for 2012, you must talk with Darrell or someone in the office before June 1, 2012.  Changes made to the assessment by the Assessor for 2012 will be reflected on the tax bill payable in 2013.
