Public Hearing regarding Kellogg/Seminary St overpass project Environmental Assessment document (04:00 PM - 07:00 PM)
The Kellogg/Seminary Street alignment has been identified as the preferred alternative in the Environmental Assessment (EA). The proposed improvement consists of constructing embankment, retaining walls and an overpass bridge over the B.N.S.F. railroad tracks and will impact the historic resources within the Galesburg National Historic District. The EA document will be available for viewing at the meeting, City Clerk's office, and this website.
