Healthy Desserts (12:00 PM - 01:00 PM)
Learn about the history of desserts during a fun and educational workshop at the Galesburg Public Library from Noon-1:00 p.m. Participants will learn how to modify some of your favorite desserts to make them more healthful. Participants will receive recipes and suggested substitution sheets; along with a dessert to taste and enjoy. Bring your own lunch or just come for a light, healthy dessert. Must pre-register by Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
