Water Workouts - Winter Session II

Fee: $26.00 per session
*Payments must be made the first week of the session.
*Participants must enroll for the entire program session. There are no discounts for ½ of the month.

Aqua-Pass allows patrons access to the best rates with more options for less cost. Get moving with this amazing value and you will be on your way to total fitness.
Option for additional savings: A 3-month season pass may be purchased for $75.00 which may be utilized for the September-November and/or December-February time periods. No Refunds.
Aqua-Pass is good for:
*The newest and hottest "pool party" workout, Aqua-Zumba.
*All aqua-fit classes or Learn to Swim
*Lane/Open Swim

Aqua-Fit Classes
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays………..8:00-9:00 a.m., 9:00-10:00 a.m., 5:45-6:45 p.m.
Tuesdays/Thursdays……………… ...8:00-9:00 a.m., 6:30-7:30 p.m.
 
Lane/Open Swim Times:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays…………6:00-8:00 a.m. and 4:00-6:30 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays………………..1:00-4:00 p.m.
 
Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to the weather or other unforeseeable conditions. Refunds also are not issued due to undesirable water temperatures.

Aqua-Tone --Join a Cool Workout.
Revitalize your morning with a refreshing water workout. This class is great for individuals with arthritis or those wanting injury relief. Water workouts provide less stress to the joints and therapeutic value to the body. Water walking and strengthening will be emphasized. All movements can be done at a higher level based on your own ability. No swim skills are needed. Days: Mondays-Fridays Time: 8:00-9:00 a.m.
 
Aqua-Motion—Making Waves
Motivating exercise in the pool will help increase metabolism, build muscle tone, improve balance, greater range of motion, and cardiovascular conditioning in one terrific workout. Individuals will work at their own pace to get the fullest resistance in the water according to their skill level.
Days: Mondays and Fridays Time: 9:00-10:00 a.m.
 
 
After Five- Aqua Splash
Have fun exercising in the buoyancy of the water to help tone your upper, lower and abdominal muscles. Equipment may be added to the class for an extra splash in this workout. Burn calories and tone muscles while having fun. Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 5:45-6:45 p.m.
 
Aqua-Zumba® ~ Only offered at Hawthorne Municipal Pool
Aqua Zumba will blow you away with high energy and Latin music movement in the water. This combination creates a "pool party" sure to dance away worries while staying in shape. The energy and resistance of the water provide an extra challenge to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy", for workout enjoyment over time, with great long-term health benefits. Intensity: Light to moderate. Instructor: Sharla Range, Certified Aqua-Zumba® Instructor
