Redevelopment Project Area, on November 1, 2007 at 2:00 PM and take place
in the Curtis H. Erickson Conference room, located on the first floor of
City Hall.

2. Board appoints person to take minutes of meeting.
3. Board recognizes Public Member to serve on Joint Review Board.
4. Board selects Chairperson for Joint Review Board.
5. Review Responsibilities of Joint Review Board.
6. Presentation regarding proposed TIF area and the Redevelopment Plan and
proposed ordinances.
7. Discussion and recommendation of the Board to the City Council.
8. Adjourn Joint Review Board meeting.
