  • Monday-Thursday, $400 for 5 hours
  • $100 non-refundable deposit
  • Friday-Sunday $675 for 5 hours
  • $250 non-refundable deposit
  • $100 each additional hour
  • Monday-Thursday $650 for 5 hours

  • $300 security deposit
  • Friday-Sunday $875 for 5 hours

  • Alcohol caterer must get alcohol permit from City Clerk's office- $100
  • The $100/$250 deposit will be deducted from the final bill if the rental occurs. If the rental does not occur, the $100/$250 deposit will not be refunded.
  • White table linens are included in all Pavilion rentals
  • Available year round, seven days a week, excluding some holidays
  • Some presentation equipment available (projection screen, projector, wireless microphones)
  • Seating up to 200 (8 chairs per table), 250 (10 chairs per table) with round tables
  • Seating up to 120 (4 chairs per table) classroom style (meetings/seminars)
  • Seating up to 350 theater style (no tables)
  • Seating up to 240 (8 chairs per table) with long banquet tables
