Pre-Paid Agreement

Pre-Paid Scattering Garden Fee: $525.00 for each cremains

The undersigned referred to as “Purchaser” agrees to authorize the scattering of cremated remains of the above in East Linwood Cemetery’s Scattering Garden and to memorialize the person/persons named at said cemetery. The privileges acquired are subject to the rules and regulations in effect at East Linwood Cemetery.

I certify that all the next of kin of the decedent named above are in agreement with the scattering of his/her cremated remains and I shall hold East Linwood Cemetery harmless from any claim whatsoever in connection with said scattering

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call 309.345.3663. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
