The City of Galesburg has replaced all known lead water lines as of 2023, with over 3,000 lead services lines replaced. If you would like more information about your service line material please feel free to contact the Water Division at 309/345-3649 to schedule an appointment for a Water Division employee to inspect your water service line in your home.

The City of Galesburg does NOT perform property line/land surveys. If a property line survey is not included with the property deed at the time of the purchase, you may hire a professional surveying company to precisely measure out the land's legal boundaries.
