Five member board consisting of the following:
- City of Galesburg Electrical Superintendent/Inspector (ex-officio chair)
- City of Galesburg Fire Prevention Officer
- Electrician who is licensed to work in the City of Galesburg
- Representative from Ameren
- Journeyman electrician who performs electrical work within the City of Galesburg
The board shall meet upon call of the chairman, the written request of two (2) or more members, whenever an application is on file for an electrical contractor’s license, or whenever a meeting is desirable and necessary for proper and efficient discharge of the business of the board.
The board shall have the power to adopt rules for the conduct of the business of the board and to change and amend the same from time to time, as it is deemed necessary.
