How to use PSR to Request Service or Report a Problem

The City of Galesburg is utilizing Public Service Request (PSR) to enable citizens to report problems or issues to the City from any browser, smartphone or tablet. This system will track the history of citizen requests, responses, and any follow-up communication that is requested. Citizens may also choose to submit issues anonymously and can include photos. 
 
There are several ways citizens can choose to utilize the program. 
  1. Initiate the process from the City of Galesburg website. From the City’s home page (https://www.ci.galesburg.il.us/) simply click "Request Service, Report a Problem" and follow the prompts.
  2. Add the app to your smartphone, and your phone’s location will automatically connect you with PSR for Galesburg. The free app is available from both the App Store and Googl​e Play.
  3. You can also learn more about PSR and utilize the program from the PSR website by logging in at: https://www.publicservicerequest.com/.
PSR provides a quick and easy way for citizens to request services or report problems to the City of Galesburg and includes options to be notified when the problem is resolved. Please note, in order to receive notifications on the status of your submission, you will need to include all of your contact information, including email address.
