Jerry’s MoJo welcomed to the Sustainable Business Center

The incubator at Sustainable Business Center has welcomed Jerry’s MoJo as its newest tenant. The mobile coffee delivery business, which utilizes an all-electric vehicle, begins its lease on August 1st in section three of the SBC.

"Having our business take-up residence at this incubator made sense for us, given our focus on sustainable businesses practices," said Jerry Strom, manager. Strom’s wife and business partner Bambi Strom agreed saying, "The SBC will allow our business to grow in a way that minimizes unnecessary overhead while giving us access to the technical assistance provided by staff there."

Ryan Lilly, manager of the Entrepreneurship Center at the SBC, sees great opportunity ahead for Jerry’s MoJo. "This is such an innovative business model for Galesburg," said Lilly. "Perhaps this business will inspire others in the area to try a food truck or mobile-delivery concept."

"This is a concept that could easily scale and be replicated in other areas," commented Gary Camarano, Global Strategies Director. "I look forward to working with the company to see how they might expand this concept geographically in the future and take their business to new levels through organic growth or franchising."
