Lamboo wins Springfield’s Project Innovation Award

 A company with ties to Galesburg’s Sustainable Business Center has won the Grand Prize at the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce’s 2012 Project Innovation Award. Lamboo, Inc., headquartered in Springfield, Illinois and Geneva Switzerland, and with facilities within Illinois in Galesburg, Peoria and Litchfield won the grand prize of $25,000. The award was presented May 17, 2012 in the Studio Theatre at University of Illinois Springfield. The annual competition provides seed funding for entrepreneurs to start or expand businesses.
Project Innovation is a prestigious entrepreneurial competition where individuals and businesses have their unique ideas recognized and rewarded through this innovative contest.
