Once every month the City of Galesburg Geographic Information System Division randomly selects addresses from the residential refuse database. If a recycling bin is out with recyclables at the address that resident wins $25 in cash. The winners for the month of January were the following addresses: 1448 East Main Street, 511 West Knox Street, 1645 Monroe Street, 1305 North Cherry Street and 145 Duffield Avenue 2. The City congratulates these winners.
