Rotary Park Set to Reopen

Renovations at Rotary Park are nearing completion, and the park is slated to reopen to the public on Saturday, June 10, 2017. A grand opening ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, June 17th at 10:00 a.m. at the shelter located at Rotary Park, and the public is encouraged to attend.
The renovations at Rotary Park were funded through a grant from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and funds raised by the local Rotary Club and Pilot Club. New features added at the park include; a splash pad water feature, walking trail, restroom building, new and updated playground equipment, a ball field backstop, two parking lots, and a seasonal skating rink feature with a warming shelter.
